Excellent location right across from the Opera House, and Marco was such a gem. He gave us solid tips on local spots to check out, like a proper chommie. The room was spacious and super clean, felt like home!
Those windows don’t do much for noise, especially with the roads buzzing at night. Got a bit noisy at times.

The location is prime, just a stone's throw from the main street, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The fridge in the room adds a bit of home comfort, even if it does have a tendency to freeze everything inside.
There were several maintenance issues—like a boiler that kept throwing fault codes, leading to some unexpected cold showers. Noise was a big problem. the room faces the main street, and even with all the windows shut, it felt like the city never slept, which might be a headache for light sleepers. The kitchen was in disarray with a few things falling apart, and honestly, the room wasn’t clean or ready when we arrived. Another letdown was the lack of a properly functioning TV streaming service, but at least the space was large enough to accommodate our needs.

i loved the location of opera house bed & breakfast, right near the city center. the host was amazing, providing helpful insights about local spots. my room was very clean and had a good size. The bed was super comfortable. we hardly noticed any noise from other guests.
